B) UP Police ASI Syllabus -General Knowledge/Current Affairs
General Knowledge: General Science, History of India, Freedom Struggle of India, Indian Constitution, Indian Economy and Culture, Indian Agriculture, Commerce and Trade, Population, Environment, and Urbanization. Additionally, it includes Geography of India and world geography with a focus on natural resources, education, culture, and social practices of Uttar Pradesh. The syllabus extends to Revenue, police, and the general administrative system, encompassing human rights, internal security, and terrorism specific to Uttar Pradesh. Moreover, candidates are expected to be well-versed in issues related to the relationship between India and its neighboring countries.
Current Affairs:Contemporary topics of national and international significance, including issues such as demonetization and its impact, cybercrime, the merger of the Railway Budget with the General Budget, the Indus Water Agreement, and highlights from the Olympics.
