UP Police Constable Exam Pattern 2023
The Selection Process for UP Police Constable has the following Stages:

UP Police Constable Physical Efficiency Test 2024
Male candidates are required to complete a 4.8 km run within 25 minutes, while female candidates must finish a 2.4 km run within 14 minutes to pass the physical efficiency test.

B) UP Police Constable Syllabus -General Knowledge
General Knowledge: General Science, History of India, Freedom Struggle of India, Indian Constitution, Indian Economy and Culture, Indian Agriculture, Commerce and Trade, Population, Environment, and Urbanization. Additionally, it includes Geography of India and world geography with a focus on natural resources, education, culture, and social practices of Uttar Pradesh. The syllabus extends to Revenue, police, and the general administrative system, encompassing human rights, internal security, and terrorism specific to Uttar Pradesh. Moreover, candidates are expected to be well-versed in issues related to the relationship between India and its neighboring countries.

Numerical Ability Test: Number System, Simplification, Decimals, and Fractions. Additionally, the syllabus covers topics like Highest Common Factor and Lowest Common Multiple, Ratio and Proportion, Percentage, Profit and Loss, Discount, Simple Interest, Compound Interest, Partnership, Average, Time and Work, Time and Distance, Use of Tables and Graphs, Mensuration, Arithmetical Computations, and other analytical functions.
