AEES Teacher recruitment 2022 selection process consists of two stages

AEES written exam is a Computer-based test in nature.

2. The skill test shall be of qualifying nature and shall be conducted on a “Go/No Go” basis. The test shall be a chalk and board based test for teaching skills. The candidates shall be given subject-oriented topics. Candidates have to demonstrate her/his teaching ability to the committee. Candidates shall be given ‘Go’ or ‘No Go’ based on her/his performance in the skill test.
